Tadeusz A. Kondratowicz, MBA

Tadeusz A. Kondratowicz is the President  of NOWY DZIENNIK and a member of the Board of Directors of Bicentennial Publishing Co. Inc.  NOWY DZIENNIK is the largest Polish-American daily news and the largest Polish language newspaper outside Poland. From August 2008 to October 2009 Mr. Kondratowicz served as an Executive Vice-President of NOWY DZIENNIK. Formerly, for over 25 years,  Mr. Kondratowicz had a career on Wall Street.  As a securities industry executive he held positions in Legal-Compliance, Derivatives Trading and Investment Banking ( Bear Stearns & Co. Inc.).

While at Bear Stearns he was  involved in a number of privatization projects dealing with the transformations in post-communist economies (Poland, Czech Republic), served as a member of the Oversight Board of the Poland Pioneer Fund (1995-2003) and was a consultant to Bank Pekao S.A. and Bank Handlowy S.A. under the UNDP Umbrella Project (1991-1993).

Mr.Kondratowicz is a member of the Panel of Arbitrators, American Arbitration Association, National Association of Securities Dealers, National Futures Association, Chicago Board of Trade, New York Futures Exchange and was a member of the New York Stock Exchange Hearing Board (1994-2008).

In 2000 Mr. Kondratowicz was awarded with the Knight’s Cross of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland by the President of Poland.

Born in Poland, he has lived in the United States since 1976. He has a M.S. degree from Warsaw School of Economics (1970) and MBA from Columbia University School of Business (1983).
