Agnes P. Olszewski, Ph.D. MBA

Agnes P. Olszewski, Ph.D. MBA,  is presently a CEO and a Chairwoman of a Herborium Group , Inc. a public healthcare company (www.herborium.com) that develops and markets novel botanical therapeutics®. Dr. Olszewski is a Board Member of the Unigene China LLC- a multi-million dollar JV and Industrial Park formed in Hebei Province in PRC by the US  and China capital. She has over 20 years experience in business strategy, strategic marketing management and international business.  Dr. Olszewski has been a consultant and a team leader on strategic management and competitive marketing strategies for leading American corporations as well as foreign companies and institutions. She had lead multicultural negotiations and managed diverse teams of professionals in the USA, Asia and Europe. She has also been responsible for developing and implementing business and marketing strategies in the US and foreign markets. Dr. Olszewski’s client list includes: The Babcock & Wilcox Company, AT&T, Johnson & Johnson, Nynex Communications, Unigene Laboratories Inc, Ministry of Foreign Trade and Economic Collaboration of PRC, Ministry of Health of PRC, Noguchi Group (Japan), amongst others. She has been a Small Business Advisor and the Member of the Global Round Table for the State of New Jersey.  Dr. Olszewski has been conducting business in Asia with a special focus on China for nearly 20 years.

Prior to starting Herborium, Dr. Olszewski was a Director of The Institute for International Business and Director of the Master of Science International Business (MSIB) Program at Seton Hall University, in So. Orange, New Jersey,  where she was also a tenured Professor of Marketing and International Business. Dr. Olszewski is the author of over 100 publications and presentations in the US and abroad. She is a Member of The Women’s Presidents Organization, an Executive Member of the American Marketing Association, Member of the Academy of International Business, American Academy of Management, and the International Platform Association.  She is a recipient of the Valley Forge Foundation National Economic Excellence Award and a recipient of the International Business Award of the State of New Jersey.

Dr. Olszewski holds Ph.D. and M.A. degrees from Warsaw University, Poland, and MBA from Fordham University, New York City.
