Glen M. Lee

Seattle City Finance Director and Chief Economist responsible for the City’s financial functions. Prior to this appointment by Seattle Mayor McGinn, Mr. Lee led the Fiscal and Economic Managment Team in forecasting City’s revenue, fiscal planning and assessing Washington state fiscal policies. Mr. Lee served on numerous City’s and State’s advisory boards, including the Economics Department of Seattle University. In addition, he served as a consultant to the Republic of Poland to implement a local government property tax system.Past President of the Seattle-Gdynia Sister City Association, he is a recipient of the prestigious Amicus Poloniae award, given to American citizens for extraordinary accomplishments in the development of Polish-American relations. Ted Winnowski

Strategic Partner, Veber Partners with 30 years of financial and banking experience, former President and CEO of Centennial Bank and Centennial Bancorp, Portland, Oregon, Director of Key Corp Bank in Long Island, New York, Chairman, CEO and President of Key Bank of Oregon and Executive Vice President of Northwest Region of Key Bank Corp, overseeing 295 branches in the states of Oregon, Washington and Alaska. Member of the Polish Library Building Association, from 2002-2008, Mr. Winnowski was an Honorary Consul for the Republic of Poland in Portland, Oregon. Thanks to his commitment and support, the Polish community in Oregon has flourished. His participation in a 2008 meeting of local businesses with the US ambassador Victor Ashe and Polish delegation has opened doors for new investments in Poland. See full bio

John Radzilowski, Ph.D.

University of Alaska Southeast, Assistant Professor of History, past Member of the Center for Nations in Transition, Humphrey Institute of Public Affairs, Fellow at the Piast Institute, a National Center for Polish and Polish-American Affairs, and author/co-author of 13 books on Polish immigration and other historical topics. Currently, he is writing a book about communist security services in Poland based on previously closed files of secret police. He holds a BA in History from Southwest Minnesota State University, Ph.D. from Arizona State University and Cavalier’s Cross of the Order of Merit from the President of the Republic of Poland.
