Janice Jaworski is a Phi Beta Kappa graduate of the University of Washington with a double major in Swedish and Early Childhood Education. Her professional career began in banking as Assistant Vice-President in charge of marketing, education and sales management. For the last ten years she has held positions in the non-profit sector as a community organizer, project manager and fundraising campaign manager. She is partner-owner with her husband of a family real estate sales and management business. At Washington Busines Week her Resource Development role includes Grant and Foundation Management and management of Volunteer and Corporate relationships including the Poland/International Business Week program. Since her personal experience as an exchange student in high school she has been a supporter and organizer of international high school exchange programs, helping build relationships and understanding across cultural boundaries.
