Trade mission from Poland visits Seattle for Aerospace Conference

WP_20160413_11_50_52_Rich-2On April 13-15th, an international conference related to aerospace and defense industry (A&DSS) was held in Seattle. It was an important event for this sector and an opportunity for leaders to meet with potential business partners and companies in the aerospace industry. It was a particularly significant event as it coincided with Boeing’s 100th anniversary celebrated this year. The conference was attended by a 20-person delegation from Poland, representing 11 companies. The trade mission was organized by Polish American Chamber of Commerce Pacific Northwest and Honorary Consul of Poland in Seattle, in partnership with the Consulate General of Poland in Los Angeles, Trade and Investment section of the Embassy of Poland in Washington DC and Polish Company PEGAZ.
The events included a seminar focused on Poland – Washington State Trade Opportunities in the Aerospace Industry, held at the World Trade Center in Seattle, and supported by the Washington State Department of Commerce and Trade Development Alliance. Other attractions included a VIP tour of the Boeing factory and a reception at the Museum of Flight. The participants were highly satisfied with the organization of the economic mission and results of the meetings. Participating companies conducted promising discussions, and some of them have already announced potential cooperation with partners they’ve met.
